About ParknCharge

Transforming urban mobility through smart parking technology and sustainable infrastructure.

Our journey

From first commit to live locations.

A short history of the software and sites now moving through ParknCharge.

  1. The first line of the journey.

ParknCharge launched online, laying the technical foundation for simpler movement through cities.

  2. Parking became a product.

The first platform tools brought locations, capacity, reservations, payments, and daily operations together.

  3. Connected parking arrived.

Access, occupancy, and payment joined one flow for drivers, operators, and property teams.

  4. A first live site opened.

Lagos City Mall brought the platform onto the street, from arrival and entry through parking and payment.

  5. Charging joined the network.

The charge-point platform added OCPP connectivity, charger health, sessions, tariffs, and payments.

  6. Live operations keep moving.

Parking and charging activity continues across connected locations.

clearly answered.

Still have questions?
business@parkncharge.africa

How do I find a parking spot?

Open the ParknCharge app and browse available spaces in your chosen area. Live availability shows where spaces are open, current pricing and useful amenities so you can compare and navigate before leaving.

What can I do with ParknCharge?

Find and reserve parking, discover compatible EV chargers, manage active parking and charging sessions, use digital permits and keep payments and receipts together in one account.

What happens if I exceed my parking duration?

You are billed for the additional time at the location’s applicable rate. We notify you as the session approaches its end and, where the location permits it, you can extend directly from the app. Some sites may enforce a maximum stay, so always check the location terms.

Can I charge my electric vehicle?

Yes. Filter search results for EV-capable locations to see connector types, live charger availability and pricing. At supported locations you can start a session and pay for parking and charging in one transaction.

Can property owners list parking or chargers?

Yes. Submit your location details, photos, operating schedule, pricing and payout information through the partner onboarding flow. Our team reviews the site before publishing it to drivers and can also support access rules, sessions, reporting and settlement.

How do parking operators receive payouts?

Completed transactions are settled to the operator’s linked bank account. The partner dashboard provides earnings, transaction and operational reporting so each payout can be reconciled against activity.

Does ParknCharge support fleets and corporate parking?

Yes. Organisations can allocate access and wallet funding, manage permits, monitor parking and charging activity and understand mobility costs across drivers, vehicles and multiple locations.

Where is the ParknCharge network available?

Our live network is growing from Lagos through partnerships with property owners, retail destinations, workplaces, energy providers and fleet operators across African cities.
